“When we moved into our new house I had no hesitation in asking Tanya to come and help us with our interior styling and also to assist us with selecting paint colours, as we wanted to paint the entire house. After carefully listening to our brief, Tanya selected some colours. These were not what I would have initially looked at, but she had our brief and the vision for what we wanted. My husband and I think our house looks amazing and way better than anything we would have done left to our own devices!

Tanya then further helped us with some lower budget styling for a spare room, proving that she can work to a brief at both the high end and low end of the scale.

“As the Executor of a Deceased Female, I was required to undertake the sale of her Unit to finalise the Estate and it was necessary to maximise the return for the Beneficiaries.

Having engaged a Real Estate Company for an appraisal, they quoted a range of prices between $190,000 and $215,000 – in the raw state.

I engaged the services of Tanya Graetz of ETZ design to do a make-over of the Unit and she made suggestions on how to improve the residence to appeal to a buyer using the existing furniture of the Unit. Tanya purchased a few new pieces keeping costs to a minimum. She also suggested repainting and other minor detailing.

After only two open inspections a price of $255,000 was achieved and it was through Tanya’s skills that the sale eventuated.

The make-over was completed professionally and the end presentation could not be believed by those who had seen the residence prior to Tanya’s work.
